At Norlene, every crochet bag is handmade with care. Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in size, color, pattern, and finish may occur. These small differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept return requests only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused
The item must be in its original condition
The item must have all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
The return request must be raised within the allowed time period

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Customized or personalized crochet bags
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Used, washed, stained, or altered items
Minor handmade variations in design, color, size, or texture
Items purchased during clearance or final sale, unless defective

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Replacement

In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange return pickup or reimburse return shipping where applicable.

For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
